The small smith capacity (EG - 1Z) has a flow rate betwen 37.85 – 56.78 kg/min.

The flow rate depends on the motor speed and the duty cycle.

Pumps for intermittent use can run at maximum rated shaft speed whilst the pumps used for continuous use operate at a slower motor speed.

All smith pumps include a internal bypass relief valve and in the E series pumps can be used to direct flow back to the supply tank

Easy installation - Every mechanical seal is pre - assembled and pre tested, pre tested mechanical seal are tested for seal leakage.
Mechanical seal can be removed in the field and no disassembly of the pump required.
The mechanical shaft seal assembly are the exact same size apart from the length of the drive shaft which is increased for higher capacity pump models.
Each pump is tested three times before shipment.
Pumps are liquid tested to meet the expectatations of the pump flow rate.
Casings are tested in the pump and is pressure tested after assembly
Very reliable and efficient.
EG - 1Z can be mounted right side up or upside down to accommadate piping.
